We're looking for a sub-tenant to share a spacious 3rd floor office at the David Brower Center in downtown Berkeley. The Brower Center is a state-of-the-art green building that provides office space for numerous organizations working for social and environmental justice, as well as a theatre, gallery and meeting/reception rooms (and, soon, a restaurant).

Cost: $3.28 per sq foot and includes janitorial services and utilities.

Tenant would have access to a shared kitchen, conference room and lounge. Access to other amenities such as copier and reception service are negotiable.
